Melvin is very friendly and helpful. He handles your device with care and respect. Communication is super fast and clear. The price is perfect (especially if you own an older device). I had to repair my macbook twice this year and did not hesitate to contact iService again and definitely will do so in the future. Big recommend!

My MacBook was water damaged so I contacted Melvin and he was fantastic!He was quick to respond, quick to repair my MacBook and was great with my questions. My MacBook is now working great and I would recommend him to anyone!

Melvin was very easy to reach via phone call and my MacBook was fixed reasonably quickly (considering Covid and the beginning of the university year so everyone’s electronics were breaking). He was very kind and let me know that I could always call if I had any questions regarding my laptop. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend others to go here if they need to fix their electronics.

Very communicative and helpful via phone call, WhatsApp and email; he adjusted his communication channel to my preference. I brought my laptop at 17:00 for a battery replacement and I got an email the next morning before 8:00 that it was done and at what time I wanted to come pick it up. When I did, he calmly answered all my (semi-untelated) questions and told me to come back if there were any other issues. Not sure if I’ve ever had better service! Thank you Melvin!

IService offers a good service for a good price. Communication was fast and clear (especially in regards to some extra measures due to the COVID virus). My screen was broken and it was replaced with an original Apple screen, I was satisfied with the result!

Melvin, perfectly fixed my mac's broken butterfly keyboard which many places had refused to fix in the first place. They also provided warranty on the fix and helped me out a second time when I had issues with my keyboard.Would highly recommend iService.

Great experience with iService. After a repair on the motherboard the problem wasn’t solved, so Melvin took it back and did another check and fixed the problem without extra charge. Melvin works fast, precise and with great customer service.

Melvin helped me with my MacBook with the best professional manner, but also showing flexibility. He accepted me as client on a friday after closing time, and a few hours later I could already now what was wrong with the laptop, how much it would cost me to repair it and when it would be ready. Cheaper than other shops I've visited on the same day, warmly recommended!

Ik had koffie over mijn Mac gemorst waarna mijn toetsenbord vreemd ging doen. Kreeg hem niet meer aan de praat. Ik had al snel Melvin gevonden waar ik dezelfde zaterdag nog terecht kon. Voor een heel schappelijk prijsje kon ik hem maandag meteen weer ophalen. Super service en heel vriendelijk
